Demo Days

There's a Nike and Ping demo day real close to my house Saturday. Am I obligated to buy anything? I'd like to go and hit some different technology, but I know these two groups are there to ultimately sell golf equipment. I'm not in a position to buy anything right now, so I'd just be going to feel some different club types. Should I stay home or check it out?

Unless you have to pay to go to it, heck yeah go out and try it. Yes ultimately they are there to sell equipment but just like any golf store with a simulator, you have to accept that for every 10 or 15 people who hit things, you're likely only going to have 1 or 2 buying.  The store will usually give you a discount for buying on that day but you are in no way obligated to buy something. Or just buy a bag of tees and say you bought something lol
