Big-Up to Yes! Golf / C-Groove putter problem resolved...............

After having a few problems with a brand new putter that had a 2 inch extension in it from the factory to make it 34 inches,and then being given a 35 inch as a replacement that then was found to have a 3 inch extension in it to make 35 inch i wrote an email to Yes! UK.

The managing director replied straight away,couldnt say sorry enough on the reps / factories behalf,was disgusted at the fact the putter ever left the factory in that state and that no-one seemed in the least bit interested,and has offered me any putter i choose from their range,custom fitted (any spec i choose) and delivered to my door this week with no charge.

Apparently all putters sold in the UK are normally assembled/checked and then sent out to sales outlets.They ran out of stock and had some pre-assembled putters sent across from the states.These were the problem ones, and they couldnt be checked as grip etc was already on - hence the UK never knew about the issue of sending supposedly new putters out with extensions in,as the US has supposedly been "...tinkering with shafts on some models.." !!!!!

Theres plenty to moan about,but this guy/company in the end came up trumps and has gone out of their way to help a customer.

Wow that was a big blunder. So many people much have putters like yours over there.

I'm very impressed that they responded so quickly to your request. I really like the Yes! putter company and they've developed quite a following. Its good to hear that they practice such good customer service.

I've been playing their Sophia putter since the beginning of this season and really like the feel of the blade.

Muda - i really like the look of the sophia.It was going to be my first choice but my local stockist didnt have one in,and as blades are so unpopular over her i dint want them to get on in specially.I think come high-summer and good greens i shall get one for a second putter.


Just to say that the custom fitted putter arrived in 4 days inc a weekend AND a bank-holiday,AND they gave me three different headcovers and about half a dozen grips as "compensation".

Awesome aftersales in the end.
