Day 26 - 2026-01-15 45 minutes of range work with some freeze filming for coach. 45 minutes of green short game work. Tried some bad-lie chipping with hybrid. -

Launch angle is avg 28.6 and the spin rate avg 8425 but I was using range balls. All were the same quality and brand. And I was using normalizer. -

This are the numbers on my TrackMan from 2 days ago. The dynamic loft is very high with the PW and the other clubs aren’t that high compared to the PW. -
Day 155 1-15 Backswing work focusing in slightly cupped at top. Pausing at the top and then arching wrist. Felt/looked way off to start got better by the end. Hit foam balls. Recorded and used mirror.
