Hey guys I am new to the board but I have been browsing it for like a month. Very good threads you have all made and contributed to. Well my question is if any of you have had a chance to hit the new TaylorMade Burner 3.0 driver or fairway woods. I am in need of a new 3 wood and was wondering if anyone as hit them yet? I noticed them in an ad Dicks sporting goods e-mailed me and then today I went in and they had them on the racks and I was like whoa I haven't even heard much about these yet. Did have time to hit them myself so I was just curious if any of you have. Thanks!

I just purchsed the driver, 3wood and the burner club set at Dicks and took them out for the first time yesterday.

They hit great, look good and the best of all they were a great buy at$559 for everything, $299 for the clubs and

$250 for the driver and the 3 wood. I tried the Callaways last week and just could not get used to them but the Burners

were like they were made for me. Good distance and very consistant.

      Day 446 - 2025-12-20 Woke up early and got some swings in before teaching putting all day. Looking forward to doing the same tomorrow.

      Went up to Erie for a lesson. I still need to work on how I shift my weight into my right leg and turn into the right leg. I extend it too much and externally rotate it too much. That all causes me to over rotate the hips and cause weight shift issues in the downswing. I need to feel like my right leg gains flex (it doesn’t), and my knee cap faces forward. The right hip sinks back and right. I need a need a ton more internal rotation. I still have some right elbow issues in the backswing. The path is better, but too much right elbow bend. I need to maintain width in the right elbow and let my right shoulder retract more, let’s say at A3, which helps keep that right arm extended.

      Day 130 12-20 Today was just swinging what i had and go from there. Did focus on getting to lead side. Recorded swings for lesson  and hit real balls.
