Anyone ever had to teach their wife how to drive a manual?

This car has some doohickey called "brake assist" which keeps the car from rolling back on a hill.  Pretty cool.  I know it works, because I usually just let my car roll back out of the driveway.  This one I have to actually put it in reverse and back out of the driveway--it won't coast back even with the tranny in neutral.
