Yoga.  Nothing beats increasing flexibility than Yoga-IMHO.

I took Yoga for a bout 6 months.  Best thing I did for golf.

Anyone have any good rotator cuff rehab or strengthening exercises?  My right shoulder / rotator needs to be worked on as I've had a lingering issue for a long time.  Would like to get some good exercises to get it stretched and strengthened.

I second what others said...yoga.  But if you have a real lingering issue like the above, go see a physical therapist.  It's really hard to armchair someone else's shoulder problem, but a good PT will have you on the right path pretty quickly.  Check your own insurance, but usually you need a PT referral, so you may have to go to a real doctor first.

Assuming you have no serious injury to your shoulder requiring a Doctor's advice then...

Google 'Shoulder Horn' for a device that simplifies strength training of the rotator cuff muscles.

Ii is expensive - but I use it because it is convenient; there are less expensive alternatives.

A good stretch a chiropractor showed me was to stand in a corner. Place each of your elbows on the two adjacent walls (approx 90* from each other) then touch your nose to the corner.
