Can you post out of state scores for your handicap?

I played a round today while on vacation out of state. When I go to post my score online for my VSGA handicap there are no courses listed in North Carolina (where I'm on vacation). Does this mean I can't post this score officially, or am I just doing it wrong?

Driver: TaylorMade SuperFast 2.0 -- 10.5* Woods: TaylorMade SuperFast 2.0 -- 3w 15*, 5w 18* Hybrid: TaylorMade Burner SuperFast 2.0 Rescue -- 4h 21* Irons: TaylorMade Burner Plus -- 5-AW Wedges: TaylorMade RAC -- 56.12, 60.07 Putter: TaylorMade Spider Ghost -- 35" Ball: It's complicated.

Seems like the answer is that I can, I just have to enter it manually since North Carolina uses a different system than Virginia.

Yeah, I was going to say, if it's not in GHIN then that stinks. I don't know why different state organizations use different systems. Would be easier if they all used GHIN.

Yep...there should be a menu to manually post slope/CR for courses not listed in their database.
