Messing around with my putting today since lately it has not been the best ( 22 puts on 9) and started to hit the putt like a mini hook/slice. On putts that break to the left (i am right handed) i would setup to the putt with the ball on the toe of the putter and do a little in to out swing. with putts the slope to the right i would position the ball more at the heel and in to out swing. I was making so many more putts between 5-15 feet it was crazy.

I am not sure if the reason i was making more putts was because it was easier to visualize a hook putt when I am trying or not, but i bet the ball was not rolling straight when I hit it.

Any ideas how or why this was working for me?

After a bad tee shot it does not mean the hole is over, it means you have an opportunity to show what you are made of!

Not going to do this on longer putts due to inconsistent distances.
