Based on that swing you can't be misunderstanding it much!? What's the executive summary of what you think you don't get. That swing looked pretty nice. You need a slightly faster memory card though. :)

Thank you! From the frontview I think it looks okay but from the backview I can't see any similarity with your swing. My legs often lowers and get into a squatty position like this.

Sweet.

That's not a great swing of mine but it's more to do with the upper body.

Your knees and legs will generally re-gain their address posture from DL view at about A5.5 or so. So yeah, I can see what you're talking about. I thought perhaps you meant on the backswing or at A4.

Still this piece is pretty easy to clean up. I won't say much now since I'm not doing a full look and I don't want to give you a priority 2 or 3 piece because I'm only looking at your legwork when there may be a priority 1 piece somewhere else.

I hope evolvr will help me clear it up eventually, thanks for the feedback.

nevrino, spring for a faster SD card. :) They don't have to be too big, just class 6, though even the class 10 cards are pretty inexpensive.

yep guess I will have to do that. Maybe it could be the settings in the camera that aren't optimal, my first swings never lagged this much. The camera is casio exilim ex-zr100 and the sd card is almost brand new so it's kinda weird, gonna look into this however.

Maybe it's not the card. I know I've seen that skipping when the card(s) are too slow to keep up. Maybe you can format the card (I format the cards all the time) to restore its performance.

Had quite an amazing round today with 4 birdies and 6 pars, some bad holes led to 81 strokes though, but im chasing that 80 barrier now =D.

Had quite a revelation today about my right wrist not opening enough at the backswing(thanks JetFan1983). I hope evolvr guys don't get mad at me for trying things on my own . Also bought a new sd card, the fastest I could find and it made quite a difference.

Here's swings from today:

No, but we're happy to look at any sort of shot in evolvr. It's not just for full swings. Record your putting stroke, bunker shots, pitches, chips, etc.

My greengame isn't that bad, I will prob use some lessons this winter just to correct the flaws I have, but it's not prioritized now. My long game isn't good enough yet.

Decided i'm going to work my way from P2-P4, it's only 3 positions with no power involved so shouldn't be so hard to nail, and obviously my backswing is a bit uncontrolled atm. These won't be in a real swing until i'm done.

Okay so starting with p2, any comments about this is greatly appriciated as I find it pretty hard to find reliable information. Okay so the swingthoughts from P1 to P2 is.

  • arm and shoulder work together and keeping that triangle.
  • from backview the hands should end up about where my toes are.

Questions from P1-P2:

Should the right arm bend a little more?

According to the black line should my hands be more out or in?

According to the white line should my hand be higher or lower?

Is my shoulder plane to steep or flat?
