Driver more controllable than woods and hybrids

So my driver is either good or bad. I know how to control it fairly well and can do what I want but it has its on and off days. I go from 13 fairways to 2 days later hitting 3 fairways with a sky ball. I imagina this is because Im trying to kill it and pulling my head. Atleast I know how to work on this and its more of having a good day or "one of those days"

My real question is why can I atleast have good days with my driver while It seems my 3 wood always has alot of slice/fade and when I just say Ok Ill play a draw I hit a bit of a snap hook.

Hybrids are along the same lines. I hit it off a tee on a 200 yard hole or so and it went about 40 yards right (pin high ). The next hole I tried to hit a draw from about 200 and It goes straight (luckily it went right at the flag) but it had no curve.

I am pretty in control of my irons and I can hit my putter dead straight

What can be some reasons my woods (except for my driver) are missing so bad?

Different shafts.

When I got fitted for a driver they told me I undoubtedly needed a stiff shaft.

When I got bought my two random fairway woods @ dick's, they didn't ask about swing speed or anything. THey have a regular shaft. So I swing slower, grip down half an inch, and focus on making contact without any power. It helped me a bunch. If you're under the same situation I might give it a try.

All of those clubs are stiff shafts. I swing a little slower with my woods but im not battling a push, It definitely starts out straight and I am just coming across the ball outside to in. But I dont know why its so hard for me not to when just trying to hit a straight ball or even a baby fade. Its just uncontrollable
