I live in Mason, Ohio next to Kings Island. I'm a member of K.I. Golf center, (Formerly Jack Nicklaus), and play the Grizzly, designed By Jack, 2-4 times a week. Not the course it was a few years ago but still tight and challengeing. Smallish fairways and greens and always in good shape! I'm a 20 year Golf course guy. Started working at a par 3 "Golden Tee golf Center" in Sharonville in 1988 went to Beckett Ridge Contry Club in West Chester, Oh. in 1993. Worked ther til 2005. Took a job at Clovernook CC in 2005. Worked there til May 2006. Then I was offered the job where I am currently at Makatewah CC in Cincinnati, Oh. I play there 2-3 times a month. I enjoy working on the golf course and enjoy the game and buying, selling and swapping equipment. Maybe my game would get better if I wasn't switching equipment all the time. Oh well I'm an "Equipment HO"!

I live in the condos The Village At Beckett Ridge off of West Chester Rd.

I've played there a dozen or so times this year. and a few last year after they became open to the public. I was going to join spring 07 and then caught wind of the latest management change again. I've only been there for 2 years this september, lived in the UK outside of London before that, though I did grow up in West Chester.

    • I don't follow the LIV tour so for starters somebody would have to tell me that they are coming. Even if tickets were free I probably wouldn't go. I'm just not interested.  I've been to a fair amount of PGA Tour Tournaments in my life. I've even attended two US Opens... One men's, and one women's. I've been to college and high school tournaments as well.  I'd actually be more interested in attending a Korn Ferry Tournament or an Epson Tour Tournament. Which reminds me the Nationwide Chlidren's Hospital Championship in September is right down the street. I should get tickets.
    • LIV golf was pretty close to me in 2023, at the same course that hosted the 2023 Senior PGA.  I didn't go to either one.  I do know a few people who went to the LIV event, and they said it was pretty well attended and pretty well run.  If I had free tickets, I might show up, but I'd probably have to drive 10 miles to park to get a shuttle to come back to within 5 miles of my house.
    • As long as "in town" means a drive of less than an hour, I'd probably go.  I've never actually been to a pro golf event, so it would be a novelty. Presumably, they'd be playing on a course that I'm not normally allowed to visit, so there would be an interest in just going to see the place. My tolerance for traffic is pretty minimal, so if massive headaches are predicted it would dampen my enthusiasm.
    • I would definitely buy tickets and go watch a round or two.
    • All the birdies and @Clemsonfan’s eagle make my par train ho-hum… Wordle 1,299 4/6* 🟨⬜⬜⬜⬜ ⬜🟨🟩⬜⬜ 🟨🟩🟩⬜⬜ 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
