This is a new one for me.  As this year's golf season gets going, I have a sore and slightly bruised left shoulder.  I'm obviously following through, but I'm actually hitting myself in the shoulder on the follow through, and this has never been a problem in the past.

Is this indicative of a bad swing path?  I'm seeing the guy I work with for lessons on Tuesday, but I'm just curious if anyone has opinions on this.  Thanks!

My guess would be the opposite of what would cause you to hit your right shoulder in the backswing. Collapsing the left arm. Check to see if your right arm in collapsing in the follow through. Just a guess.
