Anyone have a simple, weekly regimen for stretching, weight-lifting they would be willing to share?  I currently run 3-5 miles several times a week and do some lifting (curls, bench press, overhead press, sit ups) once a week.  Very interested in "golf-specific" stretching routines and core strengthening excercises that don't require "props" like medicine ball or rubber bands . . . have access to a gym with old, but adequate gear.

Would be grateful for a plan . .
