dunno but they are all over EBAY.  Lots of SC, Lots of High Launch. Did not see any others specifically called both however.  I may have seen a similar 3W that was called Spin Control High Launch, but cant seem to find it now.

Adams did have a spin control iron set but still not sure it has anything to do with this club. Adams is usually really good at marking the club heads. I would lean towards a reshaft. Yet I'm not 100% on that but I would lean that way

In high school I had an Adams Tight Lies 2 SC driver... To me this looks like a club that they would have made as part of a complete set aimed at beginners.

Well I'm positive it is an Adams head because the SC logo on the shaft is the same as the logo on the head.
