Club length question

I found a really good deal on a set of new irons, but they are -1/2 inch shorter than standard length clubs. So would that really matter all that much if I usually use standard length clubs?

How tall are you? If you are over 6 foot than maybe but if not then not really. I have been wondering though. It seems when I compare my swing against tigers his 7 iron looks like a wedge and goes up to his thoughts while mine is much longer, even though they are an inch short. After some look it looks like his are atleast standard length. Does anyone know if as you get taller and add length do the clubs still get even smaller for you and vice versa

You will be fine. It's only a very small amount and will give you more control if anything
