I am a lefty and my natural flight is a draw.

I think most courses allow for more misses to the right (ie majority of misses for a righty would be a slice) so I get the same benefits on course layouts as righties but not an advantage.

I don't see many advantages, I guess it all depends on your swing and course.

I always end up noticing I have alot of room to draw into a right sloping fairway and I have alot of room for error. At least thats just probably at the specific courses that I play at. I think room for error would probably be the biggest one.

My natural shot was a fade... if I tried to muscle the ball to make it go further, it turned into a slice. It wasn't too bad when I played holes that doglegged to the left as the ball would be close to cutting the corner (or normally in the trees)...

Finally getting some game improvement irons and woods, I have no idea what the ball will do. I'm hoping it'll go a lot straighter at best or at worst, only be a slight fade.

I never noticed any particular advantage of being lefthanded in course design. (good humored sarcasm and bitterness) --------> The only advantage I'm finding of being left-handed is the OUTSTANDING selection of clubs available for demoing and purchase... <------- (good humored sarcasm and bitterness). Finally the selection of lefty clubs has improved somewhat but it's still not at the level of righties.

Advantage in course design? Only if it's a dogleg left or the pin is placed on the left side of the green.
