Welcome to the site.  I have not played these clubs, but would gravitate toward the Apex.  I am not a fan of a lot of plastic or rubber in irons.  The Apex appears to have the least.

I picked the Apex since "None of the above." wasn't an option.  What I'd pick has little bearing on what's best for you though.  Just sayin'...

Driver: Titleist 913 D2 10.5*, Aldila RIP Phenom 50

      Wow that was disingenuous. Like, let’s ignore that golfers actually rotate. It isn’t all side bend. Has incorrect or excessive side bend hurt golfers sure. In no way are golfers taught to just fling their hips towards the target. To basically claim it’s him versus this evil golf instruction industry is just disingenuous.

      I'm starting to move with some speed and confidence. Carried the fairway bunker 225 yards out on the 17th yesterday fairly comfortably. I don't think it was a one off drive either. Pretty much back to game speed. On another note it doesn't seem like my pelvis is nearly as thrusty compared to a this time last year. I hope I'm judging that correctly. It's an ongoing battle.
