I play in Georgia. The Bermuda rough tends to thicken up this time of year. Going right under a lot of chips and pitches around the green, especially on uphill lies. It's not so bad on longer shots because I take a bigger swing, it's the delicate shots where there is not much green to work with that cause the most trouble. Thanks in advance.

Use you driver to chip . No, just try to hit the ball, imagine that it is slightly above you feet, and take a little more club, as it will go higher and land a little softer.

In the bag:

Driver: F-Speed 12*
3 Wood: r7 draw
5 Wood: F-SpeedHybrid: a3 boxerIrons: Ignite 4-PWWedges: 53 Phil Rogers, vokey 56, 588 60Putter: Victoria or Puku belly


Another option is using a Sand Wedge and play it like a sand shot. Open up your stance and blade and just hit the grass behind the ball and follow through. You don't actually hit the ball, just the force of hitting the grass raises the ball up in the air. Practice this shot for awhile to get a feel for distance and it will become a weapon for you.
