Mallet loft vs. Blade loft

Do mallets have 0 loft? I know blades have around 3 degrees of loft. Moreover, are mallets technically de-lofted (i.e. negative loft)?

From the Odyssey website. I would safely say you will never find an off the shelf putter sold with zero degrees of loft.

That picture you are showing is a horrible camera angle, really impossible to tell. Also the golfer might be forward pressing, which can de-loft a club as well. The loft measured on putters are measured using a club fitting device, not in the hands of a golfer.

No.

Any putter tends to have between 1 and 5 degrees of loft.
