How much golf do you get to play up there?

Where in Alaska are you from? I'm an Alaskan living in Washington. Welcome and I do hope you have more golf where you're at than where I was growing up.

The course that I work at opened April 28. But I usually go down and play 4-5 times a week or so once the end of May or begining June comes around until then end of September or until it gets too cold for me to justify playing.

muskegman, I am in Anchorage. We have two 18 hole courses, one 9 hole course, and one 36 hole course in the Anchorage area. There is also 2 or 3 down in the Kenai/Soldotna area, and at least one 18 hole course and one 9 hole course are located in the Wasilla/Palmer area. So I suppose we have a fair amount of golfing up here in the summer months now. Oh yeah, Anchorage just got an indoor dome driving range about a year and a half ago. You have to pay by the hour though.
