Came across this video which seems interesting! Not had a chance to put it into practise yet, but just doing a pretend swing at home I can feel the potential benefit! It immediately makes me feel as if I'm moving correctly: hips start the downswing but with an in to out motion. Just by a clockwise right foot motion it automatically drives the left hip across but keeps the right hip back, so it feels like it will help to stop an over the top or casting swing plane. Looking forward to trying it out...

I don't think I like the feel after dancing around the living room while trying it.  For me, it felt a little like I was moving away from the target and couldn't feel a good sequence between body and arms. I like the thought/feel of banking my back foot instead of turning it clockwise.

I agree.. I couldn't even isolate the feel or felt that I had enough time in the swing to think hey turn the foot... Oh well, didn't lose anything by testing the feel out.
