My typical ball flight is: ok

The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: When trying to power true the shot i start fading, but dont know how to get my shots longer.

Below is an example of how to align the camera.  I usually take my stance, put a club at my feet, then align the camera to the club.

Welcome to the site. Good thread for you to check out. Will "free up" your hips and lower body and get the pivot more dynamic.
