That video is kind of rough to analyze. I would do a front on view and a straight back view and repost for better responses.

Shaft is steep, left arm a tiny bit too far in.

Would love to see the shaft shallower here so you don't have to do all that you do to shallow it "manually". You can see here it results in a path well to the right with the clubhead exiting your near your head.

A shallower shaft will let you "turn the corner" better/more easily.
