Ecco Biom Hybrid 2 Waterproof?

Hi everyone.  I am thinking of getting the Ecco Biom Hybrid 2 shoes because I am looking for a comfortable shoe and I walk almost every round.  My old Footjoy contours give me blisters on a couple of my toes.  I was wondering if people can comment about how waterproof these shoes are?  Also do they have a waterproof warranty?  I didn't see one about their golf shoes on the Ecco website.  From where I live, it rains alot, so golf days during the fall and spring are mainly on wet grass so I don't want shoes were I get wet socks.

Any help would be great.
