I didn't know I could put more information above.  I am working on Monte Scheinblum's no turn cast drill in these videos.  I often get very long with my backswing and am trying to shorten things up.  My downswing is a disaster as well, and I would love some tips on how to maintain my spine angle better.  My head is dipping quite a bit as well.  I have not been able to start a ball left of the target and fade it in over 3 years. I get so stuck to the inside. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you are working on something people tend to let you keep working on it.

Plus you have no Face On video and both of your posts are asking for help here in this thread.-Post elsewhere I suggest.

I believe he meant:

1). Face on videos are helpful in evaluating a swing, and become more important the lower your handicap.

2). You have not posted anywhere on this site, other than a thread about you. It's a community of learning, paid for by real people. Look around, contribute, and learn something.

Oh I see.  I will contribute on other posts before asking for more help.  I just thought it would be a good idea to post my swing as my first contribution.  I will take it down.

You don't have to take it down.

Just post in other topics, too. Then people are more inclined to help you.
