Has anyone hit/compared the i200 and AP2 716? I currently have G25s and am looking to upgrade to more of a players iron. I have played the AP2 and hit it fairly well, but I'm intrigued by the i200 since I am already using Ping Irons. The i200 is supposedly one of the more forgiving players Irons out there. I'm wondering if anyone has compared the two. Thanks in advance.

Yep, I just got new clubs and both of these were on the list of clubs I tried out.

I wasn't much a fan of the pings, but since you are already a ping owner, they might feel a bit more comfortable to you.  The AP2's felt more forgiving and more workable to me.

That said, I ended up going with the Mizuno Mp-25s.  Which, for me, stood head and shoulders above those other 2 (and the Callaway Apex Pros).  The forgiveness given by the Mizunos was way ahead of the others for my swing, while feeling no less solid or workable.

By no means are any of these bad clubs.  everyone a significant upgrade over my TaylorMade RBZs.  Its really just going to comedown to your personal comfort level.  They are probably comparable enough that you'll probably end up liking whichever one suits your eye the best at address.
