Now that my True Elements are pretty much completely worn out, I'm looking at other options for spikeless shoes. I don't like spending more than $80-$90 on golf shoes and I can get a deal on Adidas through someone I know. Does anyone have these and if so what do you think?

Love my Truetours! But one of my backups is a pair of Adidas. Not spikeless, but my "pro" is they are really comfortable. The "con" is that I have had to take them to the shoe repair at least twice to re-glue the soles. May just be my pair, but I decided that I would not get Adidas again. I CAN recommend the Skechers GoGolf spikeless. Also very comfortable and I have had no issues. My 2pennies. -Marv

Thanks @MarvChamp. I may take a look at the Sketchers but for some reason I've always automatically skipped over that brand - I guess the looks just don't appeal to me.

Also, I feel a bit dumb now - I was looking through old shoes I haven't thrown out yet and realized I had a pair of Adicross II's. They were comfortable but not waterproof. I seem to remember wet feet when there was lots of dew. Being a walker, I think I need waterproof, or at least very water-resistant. The newer Adicross tout being water-resistant but obviously it's hard to tell what that means exactly.

I don't think I can edit the thread title but at this point I'm open to any other suggestions for spikeless waterproof shoes.

My last few pairs of golf shoes have been the Nike Lunar Control.  Very comfortable, good lateral support, and waterproof.

 I prefer the soft spikes, but I do believe there is a spikeless version now.

      First going to spain for a long weekend in March probably going to play La Quinta, Los Arqueros and Fina Cortesin, and first week in May will compete in the Crawsnest Tassie at Carnoustie golf links, that will be a full week of golf golf golf and more golf. Did play it last year for the first time and it is awesome.

      Day 47: simulator day! Played St. Andrew’s and shot a +1. Not bad, especially with having to putt at this simulator set up. Had about 5 minutes at the end to work on some feels as well.

      I think you're saying it's preposterous to think that the areas on this club are anything like what's shown here: 30mm toward the toe or heel loses only 5% distance? Highly, highly doubtful. So a guy who hits the ball there and normally hits the ball about 250… will hit it instead about 238. By missing the sweet spot by about 1.2 inches? Highly, highly doubtful. Heck, the high heel barely gets into the red, and orange is only "up to" 10%! @M2R, I've never heard of "Ask Golf Nut" but I'm dubious of his claims in the video and really, really dubious of what's on his site: "Why AskGolfNut Is the Most Trusted Data-Driven Golf Resource". Hmmmmmm.
