My typical ball flight is: xxxx
The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: pulled tee shot recently

Swing looks pretty good.  Looks a little baseball-y to me.  Maybe I'm biased towards seeing that as I came from baseball and have struggle against those ingrained habits.

Easiest specific thing to point out from that is that you sway a tad away from the target (towards your right) on the back swing, and then don't get your weight forward enough on the down swing.  That contributes to your coming over the top and hitting hard pulls.

Rear leg either gains flex or doesn't straighten in the backswing.  Big red flag for improper hip motion. 

 

There are lots of baseball elements in this swing. Especially the grip and hips.

That steep ! 

Your takeaway is push your arms away and wrist roll ... and your grip encourages this. 

You are athletic but need big change to reach your potential. 

Way over the plane on the DS ... that why you pull it. Fix the grip (hard) takeaway and hips first. Your body will know how to DS if your BS is proper.
