Is there a refresh you can do on the watch. I've got the old Neo X. It is usually within feet of the course markers.

Just the first thought that came to mind, and I'm likely wrong, but you might want to double check that the units are set to meters, vice yards.

Other than that, sorry no help.  Welcome to the site though, we're glad you found us!  :beer:
