Boxer briefs for everyday wear but I've found that for sports nothing beats good ol compression shorts.

Don't soak up the sweat, don't bunch, and keeps everything in place. I wear them under shorts for the gym, basketball, running, biking, and now.....golf!

I'm also part of the boxer-brief crowd. I can't imagine going 'commando' while golfing...too many moving parts

Definitely gotta agree with the boxer brief crowd, it's the best of both worlds!

commando for sure, i can swing freely, no restrictions....sometimes ill where a cup if i golf with my buddies, it can get dangerous with golf balls flying everywhere.

Under Armor compression shorts FTW. It's all I ever wear. Except the time with that leopard print g-string, but let's not go there....

Well do you wear briefs (your equivalent would be knickers I suppose)

Or do you wear boxers (many girls where 'girls boxers') Or do you wear other... explain below, pretty simple really

      Imma throw a dart in the dark as no one can tell what is happening once every fourth iron shot per your OP. This might sound counterintuitive but if ball position is too far back in the stance folks are known to throw down clubhead steeply. Could be happening. And yes, @billchaois not wrong; clubhead tends to bottom out wherever your pressure is. So slide forward (not sway), then hit.

      but I don't understand how that's possible you still want your head to stay back you don't want the upper body coming forward and plus I've tried feeling that and it made my fat shots worse and I then tend to pull and sky all my shots especially with driver because I get in front of it dont need force plates to see i finish on my left side
