I would like to give an unabashed KUDO to GOLF USA.  Their customer service is terrific! I had ordered my custom set of Tour Edge Exotics EXi irons. They were supposed to be drop shipped me directly from Tour Edge, but Tour Edge goofed and sent them to GOLF USA instead.  I happened to notice it on the tracking list and sent off an email to Cody, at GOLFUSA. Within minutes he replied stating the error and assured me that he would obtain  another shipping label and get them on their way to me immediately. It was the fault of the manufacturer not the vendor, but he assumed responsibility.  This not the first time I have heard of Cody's personal attention.  Also their accepting Pay pal credit, and free shipping does not hurt either. 🙂

When I was buying golf stuff, Golf USA, Manhattan received all my business. Golf balls, Tour Edge stuff, it didn't matter. They always treated me quite well. 

It's been a few years since I have done business with them, but it is nice to hear they are still treating their customers with great respect.
