Titleist 983K 7.5

Has anyone ever used a Titleist 983K 7.5? I have a chance to get one at real deal, but wont be able to try it first.

I have a swing speed of about 120 and am currently using a Tommy Armour 10.5. Average drive is around 275.

without hitting it - you'd want to be sure the shaft is right for you.

7.5 is a very low loft - it may not suit your launch angle but your swing speed is quite fast. The loft won't help your launch angle - you really want to combine the shaft and loft to give you your optimum launch angle.

Seeing as how your current loft is 10.5 - that's a big change really depends on the shaft

The 983K is a lovely club - good luck whatever you choose to do!

I had a 983k and loved it, but I also had a TaylorMade TiBubble II in 7.5 and hated it. It's a huge drop from 10.5 to 7.5. Unfortunately you won't find too many 983k's in a local used club bin in 7.5. Otherwise I would tell you to go hit one there.

I have a 983 K and I love it but a 7.5 is crazy low loft, plus you have a swing speed of 120 with only 275 distance, does your ball go straight up? just doesn't make sense to me.

Thanks for all the opinions!!! I think that I am going to look for a 9.5 instead. Yes, my drives do get a lot of air.
