Yup, my irons are +1. When I try other irons at the range or nets, I always leave a toe divot.

How are you bad hits? Fat? Thin? Hooks? Slices?

My buddy has a set and he loves them. He went from his Mizuno T zoids to these. They were much more forgiving but you don't get the feel of the zoids which are player blades. He was hitting off the toes alot and with the 1000's he wasn't losing to much yardage like the old clubs. He did finally break 90 after buying these clubs.

I play 4 wedges: MX-25-PW 45*, Cleveland CG14 LW 50*, Cleveland CG14 SW 56 and Cleveland CG12 60*. I hit my 56* mostly, but use the 60* for tight lies, soft bunkers and flop shots.

Could it be the direction of the grip in relation to the club face? I have noticed some have (mostly blades though, not a mallet like yours) a slight offset to match grip angle. check by rotating to the left to see if it squares up the head. Or could your stroke just be going to the left?

Very unusual to say the least. I like the white concept, but the top line is ugly.

I have an older model, but I'm looking into a Never Compromise GM2 Exchange Putter #6 or the #8. For $60 new, they are sweet and I like the face and weight. But Golfsmith has them for $60 and 2nd swing has them for $50 #6 #8 I compared them to a $300 putter yesterday......I'm getting the #8!

I would recommend getting hybrids. I hit my 3 hybrid much better than my 4 iron and I've been considering getting a 4 hybrid.

I hit both today actually. I like the Machspeed and the VR. Like you, I really like the Cobra S2 too. The Machspeed was more forgiving off the face, but I tend to draw it a bit too much. I preferred the VR over the mach just because I was able to fade it more consistently. But if I got the str8fit mach I probably could open up the face a bit and it too would give me the fade I try to hit. For that price!! You couldn't go wrong with that! That's similar to how I got my Dymo2 str8fit. I paid only $120 and couldn't resist.

That is a perfect point. I try my best to follow the rules as best I can. I learned something myself and NOW I know.

Love mine! Bought them in 06 and still hit them. They were suppose to not be as long as other clubs, but I gained yards from the set I had before. I usually carry my 7iron 160-170, but it does depend on your swing.

I played clones when I first got back into Golf. I used the clone set for 8 months till my 5iron, 7iron and PW heads came off the shaft. I got them glued back on, but I wanted better quality. I ended up buying the MX-25's I still hit today. My iron play is night and day compared to those days and I feel these MX-25's are still a great club. So, hitting those MX-300's are much better quality and will last you a long time. But it's hard to ever dispute getting lessons!!

You mean it's inert characteristics? Maybe if they make the bladder or club head of magnesium which at high temperatures and pressures(face compression with ball), it will combine with some reactive metals (such as lithium and magnesium) to form nitrides, as well as with some gaseous elements such as hydrogen and oxygen and really give an explosive drive!!

I tried the MX-700 and did not like it at all. I tried the stock stiff and it did not work for me. Maybe another shaft would have been better? But was not impressed. My favorite was the R9.

I second on the Cobra S9-1, my favorite for distance. Also the new Nike machspeed and Ping I15 (which I didn't like for feel).

I watched half of Saturdays' and watched all of Sunday.
