  1. And I like Cheeze it's too.... I threw out the box of nips after trying them....
  2. Not to much of your hips. That is common with coming over the top or an outside to inside swing path. I'm working on that myself!
  3. What WRX means is, when you find your spot, rest your putter near or on the spot as you step up to address the ball. That way you find the spot while on top of your ball. Good!! Glad it helped out.
  4. Looks like you got your ball marker. As for pre shot routine; stop using the line of the ball. I use to try that and my putting got worse. My pre shot routine: Survey the slope of the green Figure if it's to the cup or a long lag put Figure out the speed needed then find the line you want. On that line, pick a spot 3-12 inches away from your ball to hit over or under or above. What ever it is to keep your ball on that line. Setup off the ball and do 2-3 practice putts to get the feel for the speed you need. Step up to putter and align putter behind ball in the direction of your spot that is 3-12 inches in front of ball. Swing with the same rhythm you practiced for speed.
  5. Found 24 of the XX size,,,,, http://www.tgw.com/customer/search2....a1112=xx-large
  6. Seriously, Pinnacle balls are hard to beat for the price. I use the Pinnacle Gold precision balls. You can find them at Walmart for $16 for 15 balls. They have other balls as well! After using NXT and Bridgestone balls for a years, I tried these out and actually like them better.
  7. That's good to know. I got that as a gift from X-Mas and haven't even opened it yet.
  8. Els, the big easy is so smooth. My others are Zack Johnson and Jim Furyk.
  9. I've been using the FootJoy WeatherSof and really like them. I bought a 3 pack for $21 at the PGA superstore a few months back. But they can be found for $17.95 for 2. Good price for a good feeling glove.
  10. My Grom bag does have two loops for each should on the one strap . I've never had a problem with it. The only one that I know that has a strap with no should loops is Ping. But none have the 14 dividers.
  11. I've re-gripped certain clubs just because I wanted a certain grip but not because it needed it, until now. I've had my Irons 3 years and they are due. They have gotten a little hard and smooth and the scuffing up is no longer working.
  12. I just posted in your hip turn thread and it relates to the right elbow as well. We have similar faults. http://thesandtrap.com/forum/threads...houlders/page2
  13. This is something I'm working on at the moment too. When I start with my hips, they get to far ahead of my shoulders and my chest fly's open as well. But if I start with my arms then my hips, I make good contact. For me, it's timing the hip turn and that is when my right elbow drops into my right side.
  14. I'm a believer in getting what I want. If you want them and can afford it, get them . I think about buying new clubs every day.
  15. Those look nice! I would like to try some. But Cleveland DSG wedges incorporate the same design theory. Dual Sole Grind, and they work too.
  16. Something to check; check your right hand at the top of your back swing. I found I was taking my right hand off (not completely) at the top. Then as I went into the down swing I would regrip and close the club face so much I would hit it 100 yard out and to the left and strait down. It was ugly and frustrating.
  17. I've tried a lot of those combo's you were talking about. They just didn't work for me. My 50º was a 52º that I had bent to 50º. By doing that, it de-lofted it slightly. My 60º was a 58º that I also had bent to 60º. It added a bit more loft, but I tend to use my 60º in bunkers more than my 56º. I use the 56º if I have a lot of green between me and the flag. If not, I still use the 60º. I suggest, if you do change, think about having them bent to the º you want. Don't go a buy new ones. Now, If you don't like the new º, you probably can bend them back with out too much problem. I wouldn't bend them more than twice.
  18. OMG...YES!! Just last weekend!! I too have been working on fixing my swing faults. My misses are usually pull and/or hook shots. With my new swing grooved in, I'm ready to go. So I thought! I sliced 5 drives into the OB and when I happened to hit the fairway, I seemed to slice my second shot. It was ugly! I don't hit slices!! Not to mention, like you, I was hitting fat, then thin. I couldn't make solid contact. I noticed a few times that I did try to stand up and that was not good. So frustrating!
  19. I've switch from interlocking to overlapping 3 years ago. I can't use the interlock....ever. I even went to the 10 finger baseball grip with just my driver for 5 months and after fixing my faults, I'm back to overlapping on all my clubs except with the putter. You have to use what makes you more comfortable and confident in what you are doing.
  20. I love how the lock and load guys actually hits it!! 2:25....ROFLMAO... "Let me do it in fast motion for ya"
  21. I was having the same problem. An structor looked at my video and notice I was bringing my right hand off the grip. My finger were still on, but I was loosening up. As I re-gripped the club on the down swing I would rotate my driver face closed and hit those 100 yard hooks into the ground.
  22. Bushnell Yardage Pro XGC does.
  23. I like that club too. Go to the range or play a round with it and see how it plays out. If it's not good, you can take it back and use that money for the other one to try out.
  24. Look into some Ogio bags. http://www.ogio.com/product.php?product=170 http://www.amazon.com/Ogio-2009-Grom.../dp/B001IVN0SY Or search eBay or your local shop for them. I've had mine for three years and have no issues.
