  1. This site is as good as any, you can submit your swing for analysis or post your swing in the 'Swing Tips' section for a public analysis by any willing member.
  2. Awful scratch player if thats your best competitive round, to be honest.
  3. I have yet to meet a high handicap golfer who hits it as far as he claims to hit it, I will leave it at that.
  4. Yesterday, was playing 9 holes by myself and was 2 under after 5, came to the 6th (par 5, but I played it off the ladies as a 460 yard par four) and hit probably the best drive I have hit this month, carried the tree's 250 yards away comfortably, straight down the middle and the ball was never to be found.... led to my highest score of an effective NR.
  5. I can assure you thats not the case
  6. Happy bday mate, have a good one
  7. Handicap/level of play does not necessarily correlate with the technical perfection of the swing, having a perfect swing does not make you a good player. I do agree we need a video so that we can give our own analysis.
  8. In my opinion if you have a dream go for it, if someone thinks your silly it should make you work harder. I have my own goals/dreams and keep them to myself but I would never listen to someone who didn't think I could do what I wanted to do, I know this argument is over but I believe if you want something enough and are willing to put the work in there is no reason why you could not achieve something and if you don't make it, you can say you gave it your best shot.
  9. Yet you still didn't capitalism the 'I' Or spell 'Churchill with a capital C,in fact even English should have a capital E
  10. Just read this on the BBC website Linky (third to last paragraph) I take it if he joined he would have to play 12 (I think thats the number) events to keep his card? Any ideas on the reasoning for this move, I would of thought Phil was happy enough on the US Tour?? Edit - Sorry about spelling error in the title.
  11. Find a good local custom fit centre, and nail what new irons you want. Congrats on your great result in the tournament, bet you was well pleased!!.
  12. Make sure the first player keeps the ball in play, and the second player (assuming the first ball is in play) plays slightly more aggressively. Tbh, if your off 4 and your partners off 13 your going to struggle to come close to beating them.
  13. Sandy definitely deserves it, and is the only one of the Faldo, Seve era that hasn't received the honour of Ryder Cup captain. For the record Monty hasn't actually been 'considered' ahead of Lyle, his name was simply brought up in the media before Lyle's was.
  14. Don't personally use a 7 wood, I have used my dads one in the past and just found it ballooned a lot (Probably due to the shaft).
  15. Some will, some won't. It all depends on how they want the left leg and hips to work throughout the swing, someone who wants to restrict the hip turn will have the left foot flared outwards, someone who wants more hip turn will not flare the left foot at all.
  16. Whats it got to do with the Ryder Cup?
  17. I was under the impression Sergio was suffering from blisters, not illness?
  18. You have to provide the evidence before it becomes relevant, saying there may be evidence out there, but you haven't got it makes said evidence useless.
  19. Not true, you have given an example but provided no evidence, Evidence would be video footage of this happening. Obviously I am not denying anything, however European behaviour has never matched that of Brookline, the low point of the Rydercup imo.
  20. Grow up and grow some?, your sad mate, stop being so sensitive over one person having a justified go at a *minority* of the crowd, Westwood has himself said the majority of the crowd were impeccable, Suppose its not Westwood's fault if he comes across someone as insecure as you
  21. Your more than welcome to have public opinions, you just make yourself look childish
  22. Meh, cruel imo.
  23. No need for this tbh, grow up.
  24. For the Europeans, this Ryder Cup was a match of complete surprises, The 'big guns' were expected to perform while the likes of Wilson, Poulter and their ilk were predicted to fail..... when in fact it was the complete opposites, imo Faldo's choices throughout the Cup should have been vindicated while the performances of big name players has been shameful.
  25. With all due respect, the atmospheres were incomparable, Westwoods complaint was about the behaviour of the American fans during the week, it was not announced after the loss of the Ryder Cup, it was just made to look that way.
