just an example of how the tour schedule is over saturated with tournaments.....I always believed there should be breaks in the schedule to give key players a rest and increase the quality of the tournaments on the schedule.......Oct to Oct schedule is too long.

that's the thing about message boards - no matter what you post, there's always someone who'll disagree.

Those sections were private club sections where Bolt fans pay a lot of $$$ to watch the game and having opponent fans in there isn't the best way to keep loyal customers and high paying season ticket holders in the arena. I like that the Bolts are loyal to its customers that way.

I prefer not to see a Todd Hamilton-type win (One Hit Wonder).....would rather see a player who has already proven himself with wins on the tour..... something's not right about that - winning a tour event and not being good enough to be in the US Open and having to qualify...... re: Lingmerth - he's had some good tournaments over the last year - led The Players or was in the running in 2014, if I recall.

I'm happy with this. I enjoy Miller as a commentator - but he's getting up there in age (kind of - he's 68 now) - wonder how many more years he has on the job.

Played for the first time in a year. I birdied the first hole that I played. Truthfully, I did play from the forward green tees set up for seniors - played with my father who although is pretty good, seems to have some distance as he's aging. It was my idea. Didn't have the best of time playing - not even sure what I scored, most likely an 80 or maybe even broke into 70s.....two birds, few pars, several bogeys......greens were thick and crappy where I played. Guess they don't cut them on Sundays......
