I don't think anything can screw up my swing any more than it already is. (that ain't good english) I use the Wii to keep golf gods satisfied during the long winter.

I pick one up a couple of months ago and now I like it. I took me at least 18 holes to get used to the extra padding. Now I like it better than the usual nike glove I was using. BTw, very durable.

Bought a cleveland classic #1 two weeks ago and love it. My only problem is keeping my son's hands off of it. Guess I'll have to look for another one for him.

You got me! I was, for the sake of discussion, trying to look at it in the best light possible. I am a big Kenny Perry fan, so I will admit there is some bias in my observation. But his actions do raise some suspicions. No matter what anyone thinks or says the final word is up to the officials. Like calling balls and strikes in MLB. There are rules spelled out in each sport, but there is also wiggle room brought in by every official, referee, umpire, etc. Now we can disagree with their ruling.

Is he allowed to ground his club? If he is, then how many times is he allowed to ground his club? However, it does look as if he is tapping down the grass behind his ball. Then again maybe he was further behind the ball than the camera shows and he was testing the lie. Interesting video. Did he do anything wrong? Not according to the the officials and they have the final say.

Just quick questions. 1. Are you setting up with a closed face? 2. Do you draw or hook other irons? I played the 2008 Big Berthas for two years and they are very easy to set up with a closed face. The grip was screwing me up. I changed the grip to a wrapped grip and then all was fine.

I played the Big Bertha Irons for two years and Have just recently switched to the Cobra S9 Irons. The S9's are not as forgiving as the Big Berthas but they are better for my game. I like the way the S9 sets up to my eye. Does not look like a large headed iron like the Big Bertha did. I think the S9 has greater feel. I give the S9 thumbs up over the Big Bertha.

I wasn't looking for a new putter but found a new Cleveland Classic #1 for sale and took a chance. I really like the feel and the distance control. You might want to look at the Cleveland if you are on a budget.

Canon City has a few interesting courses. I have played Four Mile Ranch and had a very enjoyable day. The group I play with also said Shadow Hills and Sumo Village are nice courses and will not break the bank.

I am 5'10" and just got a 35 inch putter. I stand more erect and it allows me to view the line of the putt much better.

Don't know if this has been posted before. 1400 feet vertical drop. 30 seconds for tee shot to hit green. Here there is a youtube link of harrington playing the hole, but I can't get it to show.

I buy most of my stuff online. I live in a small town in the middle of the Rocky Mountains and nearest golf store is over 100 miles away. Only way out of our valley is over a snow packed pass or down a 50 mile canyon. Just suggesting to add "Online" to your survey.

I started back playing 2 years ago after almost 18 years off. I settled on the Big Bertha Irons. I owned the 2004, 2006 and 2008 versions. I kept the 2008 version and still hit them. I do have a set of Ping eye 2 irons that I used in late 1980's and still hit them ocassionally. May move on to another club this year.

I like his golf game. I like some of his philanthropic endeavors. As a person my jury is still out until he comes over to the house for supper and a round of golf. Or he could ask me over to his place for a meal and a round of golf.

I used the Burner (red box) and the Burner (silver box) last year and thought they were okay. Not as bad as I thought htey would be. Were a little hard to me, but had good distance.

I like the Hamilton HM-4 mallet putter you see on Golf Channel. I bought a prototype and really like the feel and the way it rolls the ball. The insert is a little hard, but with a soft feel ball it is okay.

I had never used a Taylormade club of any kind until recently. I bought a 2007 Burner Driver recently and have played with it twice. I really do not have any complaints. It is not as harsh as the Hibore XL I usually play. It is a very straight club. So far I am impressed.

I am not used to any alignment mark, but I do not find the one on the Launcher to be distracting. I guess "small" is relative. If it gets to be distracting, I have been known to sand them off. :)

I was playing a round today and wife called to say my new 3 wood arrived. She was good enough to bring it to the course. (Best Wife Ever!) I got the new Cleveland 2009 Launcher 3 wood 15 degree. It came with the red shaft since I tend to hit the ball high. First, I really like the way it sets up to the ball. It is square and just looks great to my eye. The small alignment mark is no distraction to me at all. I usually like a clean top to look at when I address the ball. Second, the feel is great. The club doesn't feel too light or too heavy. For my swing it feels clean and smooth. No trouble feeling the club head through impact. Third, the sound is clean, crisp, with a slight ping to it. No surprises there. Fourth, I hit a ProV1X and the ball jumps off the face. It doesn't feel harsh, it just goes. Fifth, The best part is the distance and the trajectory. The ball flight is a boring flight and there seems to be some extra roll after landing. This may be the only down side since it might be difficult to hold a green with it. I did not get to check that out since I started using it in the middle of the round. Overall, I think I have found a dependable club that will help me reach some par 5's and keep the ball in play on short par 4's. All in all I am very pleased with the Launcher.

I have a Clicgear version 1 and just bought a Sun Mountain v1. The only reason I bought the Sun Mountain was the bag I liked would not fit on Clicgear. I have the MPB and the foot that expands the legs on the bag sticks out enough that the single down tube of the Clicgear makes it sit crooked. The Sun Mountain has 2 Down Tubes and the foot fits between them. Both are great carts and each roll equally smooth and easy.
