  1. have you hit them yet? i was going golfing today but it started raining so ill just wait till tommorow.... weather permitting lol
  2. im not a single digit but my dad is a 5-7 handi and he told me very simple 1 step........ PLAY AND HAVE FUN! just get out there and play youll get better along the way...... thats what i do i just kept playing over and over day after day and guess what my whole golf game turned around..... my country club is a 9 hole course but my scoring went from not making any pars at all to maybe one if im lucky, to 3 sometimes 4 a round.....so i say get out there and enjoy the game youll become a great golfer if you have fun
  3. my dad had a 2004 corvette z06 and a ping staff bag just made it....thats one and my 08 mustang gt fits 2 golf bags
  4. early morning golf is the best.....im usually busy in the afternoon so me and my dad are on the course by 8:30am and home by 11am so i still have enough time to do what ever it is that day ...... but for the past 3 days in a row we have been playing from 4pm and off by 6:30-7:00 we have daylight till 8pm so we can still get 9 holes after were done with the day
  5. i kinda feel like i should of bought the ap2's but im glad i dident, i needed a solid set of irons to get a real game with, ive been switching from club to club and i said to my self its not the clubs its me and i have to learn to hit them.....so thats what im doing now and i knew before i buy these i'am going to have bumps in the road but thats golf...... i would reccomend the ap1's to anyone and the ap2's to the golfer looking for more
  6. i kinda feel like this is going off topic....... dont knock the irons untill you use them.... thank you
  7. not all the time but i can say mostly my 4-5 iron
  8. im a tall guy 6'3 and im loving my titleist ap1's but its just i kinda have a problem of picking up my body on my down swing and i either hit it thin or i top it..... any tips to try i try to keep my knees bent a little bit thru my whole swing and try to keep my back posture bent but keep picking up..... i thought it was the clubs needing to be longer but i played with them the first time and hit them fine....any thoughts?
  9. no its nice thru the rough smooth the weight cuts thru it so.... i havent played them yet thru the sand so but im guessing its going to be good also
  10. natalie for sure man and brianna vega from big break was hot as well
  11. 110% right you dont really know what they are until your in real conditions..... my cousin who i golf with every other day has callaway x20 tours..... i was all set to buy tours just like his until i seen the ap1's in a magazine and said ill wait......im glad i did cause they are better to me IMO...... the callaways had a solid feel to them weighting was nice, whats good for some i've seen is they want instant feed back on what they did wrong, if thats what you want go with the x20s......if i hit a off center hit with my ap1's its not as harsh of feedback as the x20s are but more subtle dont get me wrong you know if you hit it wrong just not as it is with the x20's but all in all they are both good clubs...... the only reason i decided to get the ap1's are cause the way they felt in my hands and i just pulled the trigger on them so...... yes you really dont know what a club is untill you hit it off the teebox and play it in the wind or in the sand or in the rough..... some times you just have to go for it
  12. you are correct, they are a new club and my edwin watts dident have them hittable, so i took a chance and bought them and i couldent be happier.... the feel is amazing even on off center hits and the weighting is really nice it just glides thru the grass..... and the power is very predictable
  13. i really dont throw it all i do is just drop it like a ball drop......i did that with my putter i missed my first birdie today by a hair cause i kinda rushed my putt cause i got exited
  14. the ap1's are cast and the ap2's are forged
  15. lol i would like to pull that out on the course for laughs
  16. ya its embarrasing ive done it plenty of times before i did it 4 days ago i just picked my head up for no reason and did it all my friends were around they was cool they was like get off it and calm down so it could of been worse
  17. well i got a dozen of them for free today when i got my ap1 irons and theyre TOUGH i used 1 ball a whole round of golf and never changed it out great putting feel.....but i only used them cause never tried them and got a dozen of them free i like them but i like my titleist dt carry alot
  18. the shafts are the dynamic gold stiff high launch shafts theyre really nice and the weighting is amazing its like hitting a marshmallow when you hit it dead center....... other than that if its a off center hit its still very playable the 2 wedges are cool and they to tend to play 1 club stronger cause of the loft but im not complaining at all
  19. ya i bought them i love them and will never go to any other brand.....they feel amazing and look just as good my previous clubs were callaway big bertha 1996's with graphite shafts.....i was all set to buy x20's until i picked up a issue of golf magazine 2 months ago and seen these on the first page and said i will buy those......and i did i love them and i hit a decent game today with them a 89 first time with them..... who else has ap1's?
  20. welcome man hit them far and straight
  21. i say tiger woods cause of his abilitys over alot of golfers hes just the man of golf but hes not my favorite golfer my fav is arnold palmer
