  1. There isn't anything wrong with his swing. He just needs to stop trying to cut the ball constantly. He isn't 21 anymore. That whole out to in pre-shot routine he does is only complicating things. He needs to just take a normal practice swing and focus on the straight or baby draw. Swing your swing Tiger. haha
  2. I'm trying to figure out why Keenan didn't pay the wager? Did I not read something properly?
  3. Ballesteros
  4. i have been saying that he should be playing a draw for a while now. He obviously isn't consistent enough with the cut and sometimes yanks it left or just over cooks it and hits a banana ball. His natural swing right now would be a baby draw. STOP WITH THE DAMN CUT ALREADY!
  5. plenty of golf left. just asked Tiger who thinks he is still in contention...
  6. AND STOP WITH THE STUPID CUT ALREADY!
  7. I think Tiger is over thinking a lot of his shots. Does anyone else feel that way?
  8. we don't have any independent ranges around. they all shut down. only ones open now are the ones on the courses.
  9. do you have a home? if the answer is yes then im sure you can claim them. how would they know they were stolen from the golf course unless you tell them.

  11. 77 on Saturday. Par 72. Lost two balls in thick bermuda on the back 9. Was sticking my approaches tight all day and only managed one damn birdie. Yeesh. Not bad for my 5th round this year...
  12. I can guarantee you that every player on tour that has played a ball from bermuda rough has broken the rule. When the ball is floating on top of thick bermuda, it will almost always move a tad bit if you even come close to touching the grass around it. Do you think those guys call that on themselves? No. The whole grounding your club and the ball moves penalty is a joke and needs to be revised. Even removing objects from around your ball and the ball moves. A simple replace the ball to it's original position with no penalty would be the right enforcement in my book.
  13. my boy is about to turn two and i can't wait to get him out and play. he swings around his plastic clubs(mainly hitting stuff with them) and when i pull out my clubs his eyes light up and wants to swing them around. i think at first im going to just let him swing around and hit balls. if he really wants to pursue it, i will be there. if he doesn't like golf, well TOO BAD!!! haha
  14. I love when old arguments are brought back to life.
  15. Has anyone ever played with these irons? I'm thinking about buying a used set of the raw finish ones that rust. I've demoed them and they are like butter.
  16. Had a junior tournament when i was about 17. Top golfers from around the area were there. Even Hunter Mahan. I got off to an awesome start. Was -1 thru 6. On 7, my approach stuck maybe 1.5 feet from the pin. While our group was walking up to the green one of the guys told me that I was really good and asked what college i was going to play for. I missed that 1 footer for birdie and went on to shoot an 83... Everything that could happen, did happen. You name it.
  17. did he seriously hit it off the deck after it fell? LOL
  18. I have never had that problem, but if someone was in the way of my prep routine, i would ask them to kindly MOVE. If they didn't, i would probably stand there and look at them until they moved.
  19. That makes no sense. This isn't about luck. It's about the guys in front of you properly filling/replacing their divots. So your deal is invalid. Next.
  20. This goes along the same lines as hitting your fairway shots out of old divots caused by groups in front of you. It ridiculous that the guy in front of you had a perfectly nice lie, but now you are hitting out of his divot that he couldn't repair. That is not treating each player fairly. Doesn't make sense to me, but rules are rules.
  21. they are not really noticeable unless the greens are soft and bent, or metal spikes are still allowed. i like metal spikes, but i think it's time to outlaw them. they just tear up the greens.
