I use GG so I don't have to remember from where i played the shot :). I used laser for my measurement, the back-end does doesn't matter, I guess GG just calculates the distance between the two GPS points. Nope, I was standing still looking at my friends shots next to my ball. I use tagging as a trigger to get into my routine, so tagged before the shot.

Just bought GG Live, but afte a few rounds I'm wondering if the distance measured by GG is accurate. For example, I measured 106m with my rangefinder and hit the ball to 3m. When signing the round, I could see the shot was only 90m. Very strange, do other GG users have the same problems?

You just started to play golf. It is completely normal that you balls goes everywhere. Nobody can tell you whats goes wrong just knowing the effect of the problem, is its nearly impossible to tell what the cause is. Best generic tip: keep practicing!

For 2016 I want to break 80 for the fist time, lower my handicap to a maximum of 9,9 (going for 8.x).

What organisation sanctions these guidelines? And is also EGA joining this hcp sytem?

I'm playing for the first time. I'm from europe and played the european tour fantasy league, but after a few months it always got less interesting. Hope I can keep playing this.

Number 5 of the European Golfchat Ryder Cup team reporting . We are flying in on saterday afternoon, So my first round off golf in the USA will be the match against you guys. I am very curious about playing the wonderfull courses in Florida.
