  1. Why not get the 2012 version? http://www.tgw.com/customer/category/product.jsp/SUBCATEGORY_ID/16320/refScid/1065/sattr0/Model/sattrVal0/stand
  2. Pose your question here: http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/index.php You'll get honest opinions and lots of tips.
  3. It's nice to see I'm not the only Parole Agent on here.
  4. I don't know about the medium, but I wear an xxl and the proportions seem to be off a bit. The sleeves are about and inch shorter that other brands and the neck is way bigger. Usually, an xxl neck is 18 1/2-19. This one is at least 20. Other than that, the fit through the shoulders and middle is the same as the Adidas and Ping shirts I have.
  5. I can do that in the same round. Last Thursday, shot 38 on the front and 46 on the back.
  6. $3-$7 depending on the size of the bucket and which range I go to.
  7. I've been working with the same guy for about 3 years and he keeps dropping his price. We started at $35 1/2 hr and are down to $25. Week after next, I'm taking a week off work and meeting with him everyday for a half hour a day and all he is charging me is $75 for the week.
  8. It's not really that bad. The tube helps with alignment and it has a tall face that helps with consistant contact.
  9. Anyone know what "Quad Cut Grooves" are?
  10. Most of that and a bottle of aspirin and some Kashi bars
  11. I play alone often. Best time for me to practice
  12. It's not a strange looking as my GrooveTube, but it sure rolls the ball well.
  13. I got one of those amphibian towels. Wet inside for the clubs and dry outside for the hands.
  14. Here is a direct quote from my wife. "I don't care how much you golf or spend on golf, it's all you do." Bet you guys wish you had one just like her. No, she doesn't have a sister.
  15. How about Kalamazoo/Battle Creek area? http://www.gulllakeview.com/ Gull Lake has 5 courses http://www.yarrowgolf.com/page/156-4384.htm Gull Lake View near Kalamazoo has 5 different courses and Yarrow in nearby too.
  16. Welcome from Lansing. I too, would like to hear some recommendations for keeping the back loose. My problem isn;t as much on the course as the range where there is less time between shots.
  17. Carry a Glock 19 on duty. Have a few other guns for hunting.
  18. I was with some buddies when one hit a worm burner off the tee and it hit a railroad tie in the front of the tee box and ricocheted back hitting one of them in the upper thighs, about an inch below his boys. He had perfectly circular bruises on both thighs. He wondered what to tell his wife, so we suggested he tell her it was whisker burn.
  19. Heading to KY for a couple days. Playing at Eagle Ridge and Hidden Cove near Louisa. Anyone played them? Any tips?
  20. VA uses the same standard. It's called "The assumption of risk doctrine." Granted there will be no federal court rulings on this unless someone were to try and claim that it some how violated their civil rights. Anyway, the only case I could find in VA was an instance where the golfer was not held liable, but the course itself settled out of court. Not because the golfer hit an errant shot, but because the course was poorly setup and it was deemed a design defect which left the course liable. In 2006 the Hawaii Supreme Court as well as the California Supreme Court in 2007 decided that golfers are not liable for errant shots. Here is a link to the tidbit in Golf Digest as well. http://www.golfdigest.com/magazine/2008/06/golfguru
  21. It's already been determined by the courts that the person who hit the shot is not liable for any damages or injury(unless, of course, it was intentional). There are inherent risks to playing golf and living on the course. The course is wrong for posting that you are responsible and you should not pay anything unless your conscience requires it. If they push it, tell them to sue you.
  22. They are very highly recommended on another golf forum I frequent.
  23. Played 27 today. Shot 44-44-44. The last nine could have been better, but my back was/is pretty sore from playing in the cold drizzle all day.
  24. Good beer, hunting, photography
  25. Depends on the day
