  1. Broke 70 Shot a 66 (-6)
  2. My backswing is nice on plane but when I get to the top I drop my hands a little to enhance lag
  3. I usually leave it in for downhill putts, but for uphill putts I prefer having it out.
  4. I'm a 1.8 and I shot 86 my last round
  5. Well, I have the Tour Burner and switched a couple of months ago and I gained about 10yards. I used to play an r7 425.
  6. For me its my new Tour Burner driver and probably my 4iron
  7. I first used em when I was about 13 or so My dad still has a bunch. We sometimes pull out the old persimmon and his old blades and play 18.
  8. For me, it's put your right hand in a good throwing position and keep your head still.
  9. For me, it's everything. The setting, the trees, the feeling of a perfectly struck shot, everything.
  10. Softest balls I have ever played after old-school balatas.
  11. Usually the night before, I clean all of my clubs. Then the day of the tournament, after I wake up, I pray, take a looooong bath, get ready, and try to have as less thoughts in my mind as I can.
  12. Thanks guys. I'm going later today and try em out
  13. to the golf..
  14. I just got a 20* of these in a tournament prize and wanted to know of some people that use em and their experiences with this club. Thanks
  15. 321 yards and carried a bunker that was 280 away in a 547 par 5. I ended uo with a birdie after a 4iron to about 15ft.
  16. I usually hit a slight draw off the tee and my iron shots. Fades, in my opinion are shorter, and draws are a bit longer for me, since when I try to work the ball left to right I usually hit one more club.
  17. I usually carry 2 dozens of Pro V1x, but that runs out quickly since Vokeys destroy em.
  18. For me, it's par 5s. Im not a long hitter(250-275avg with the driver) but I usually am in the green in 2 or close in most par 5s since I'm a good fairway wood player.
  19. something similar happened to me a couple of days ago. I was playing horribly off the tees and this guy which finished with a 102 tried to correct me in every single drive.
  20. Shot a +5 77. Missed a couple of birdie tries and easy GIRs. 6 bogeys and a birdie. Only missed one fairway and hit my long irons pretty solidly today except for 2 par 3s
  21. I practice everyday by playing a quick 18, then 2hours of ballstriking at the range, then 2hours short game distributed in: 1hour 30mins putting, and 30 minutes doing some pitch shots, sand shots, and chips.
  22. Today I shot a dissapointing 78. I had 14GIRs, 1 3putt, a double bogey and the 3 bogeys. My ball striking was solid and I only missed 2 fairways. I just had a bad luck on a par4 where after a perfect tee shot, I hit a 9iron which went right at the pin on a really hard pin position at the end of a green where u have to carry a bunker and the ball hit on the green and spun back to a pot bunker. After that, I got the ball out but hit it a bit thin and the ball was in the rough. I hit a bad chip to about 3feet (it was a pretty simple chip about 10ft) and missed the bogey attempt. Oh.. I almost forgot to mention that a blind man with no arms probably would've putted better than me today.
  23. It probably happened today for me. I was teeing off in a 512yard par5 and there was a twosome at the 200yard mark. I could hit it there if I really bombed it, but instead I did an easy swing just to get the ball in the middle of the fairway. I don't know how but I happened to crush that ball and the ball landed about 20 yards behind the twosome and rolled right beside their cart. I was kind of in shock and went to apologize and while I was racing to apologize after my drive, the twosome picked up my ball and left. I decided not to argue and put a new ball in the same spot.
  24. driver: i usually hit a little fade off the tee about 250 which is pretty accurate, but when i really need distance i can hit a nice draw with about 275yds carry. 3wood: 235-250yds
  25. playing 36 holes daily chocolate icecream buying golf gloves (don't know why but everytime I enter a proshop I end up getting one)
