Looks like the Hyper X is gone, I am about to buy one too

I have come across a 10* Hyper X for a real good price and am very temped to buy it. I have never heard anything about them and was wondering if I could get some feedback on this driver. thanks

In this pic you can see the gunmetal grey paint on the bottom of the driver. Well today while I was playing the paint started chipping (the bottom portion of the grey paint). I know it wont hurt performance, but do you think I should try to take it back or do anything about it? I got it at Dick's

Played 9 today and shot a 37, but one of my usual playing partners had a high school match today at the hardest course around where I live. He shot a 39, but one of the kids he played with from another county shot a 29. This kid is a junior and is going to play at Vanderbilt. Pretty amazing

I love Callaway products but that is the ugliest driver I have ever seen, and that's coming from someone who plays a Cleveland Hibore XLS!

Does anyone have the number to Callaway's customer service? I can not find it on their website?

I like the Aldila VS Proto 65, and you can get that shaft on a Sumo 5000 for $199. Awesome buy right now.

I personally like the TopFlite D2 line of balls. They are made by Callaway and come in: Feel, Straight, and Distance versions. And they are $18 for 15 balls!!!

Yes I think you need a stiff shaft. Once your club head speed gets above about 95, its time for a stiff shaft.

Practicing for a 4-man scramble today, my group shot a 53

The guy I play with the most often uses a set of Dunlop irons he bought at Target. He shoots in the mid 30's and does not even have a pitching wedge or wedges. He will just borrow mine or whoever is closer to him. I'm not saying to go buy a set of cheap irons at Wal-Mart, just see which you like better.

Watch your ball until it stops or you can't see it any longer. I usually play with my three best friends, and one of them never (and I mean never) watches his ball the whole time. He can be in the middle of the fairway and ask where his ball is. And sometimes, when we are not in the same cart, he will come all the way over to where I am, whether I'm getting ready to hit or not, and ask if I saw his ball. Another rule, one of my friends (only plays with us sometimes) will search for his ball forever. I swear, sometimes I think he takes more pride in finding golf balls then shooting a good score. He will slice a ball deep in the woods, and you better believe he is going to find it. I can understand looking for your ball for a litle while, but this guy takes it to the extreme. And of course, he always comes out with more than his ball. This is a quote we usually here from him everytime we play: "Man at $.50 a ball, I just payed for my round in golf balls I found." We will have to make a time limit rule for him

With a Hibore XLS. This driver is amazing. Long, sraight, and very forgiving. I got a 10.5* neutral bias and the Red Fuji stiff shaft. My friend bought one and I ended using it most of the day. It literaly put my G10 to shame. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new driver to add this one to the list of options. The G10 is for sell, will post in the proper forum EDIT: I can't post in the marketplace forum, so if anyone is interested in the PING, pm me.

I had one and I gave it to my dad when I got my G10. I am not a fan of draw biased clubs but if you hit it well then go for it. It is a great driver and I still hit it when I play with my dad. Plus, you can't beat the price

Here in TN, the weather is usually nice most of the year. But even when it breaks real cold, I still like to find some good days to get a round in. How often to you play in the winter, and what is the coldest temp you will play in?
