ok iam 17 And 180 pounds iam pretty fat and iam going to lose it i am trying to keep my daily calories to under 1200-1500 i am playing golf atleast 4 times a week and started lifting weights daily. What also made me do this is iam very very short on distance i drive about 210 220 3 wood 200 to 210 i had to hit a 4 iron from the blue tees today on a par 3 which was listed as 186 yards and i was short. anyone here lift for power?

Picked up a pack of z star tour yellows and i must say WOW these are the best balls i have ever played and is far better then the pro v1 in spin (this ball is soft and i mean SOFT) is a ton more DURABLE i played 28 holes today with the same ball. I am going to say that the srixion z star is the new pro v1. p.s from a huge fan of the pro v1

demoed the vr and machspeed hybrid and i must say the machspeed is my winner its amazing easy to hit and goes very very far i was about 218 with the 3 hybrid the vr is great and easy to shape but i dont like the super small head still a great club tho i will be picking up a machspeed later on

My ball speed with driver is 148mph if that hits you in the head its going to SHATTER your skull and brain

A LOAD OF CRAP just got back from a demo day in orlando for nike and paul casey was there along with a few club pros. They had some type of pressure monitor and pauls grip pressure was at 11 psi while the other pros where around 8 to 9 psi i dont know where the hold the club like a live bird came from but...

i bought 3 vokeys (52,56,60) they were great the first 3 rounds then it was downhill they started rusting and the grooves were dull after 3 rounds. the cg15 has a ton of spin ONLY if u use a good ball pro v1,nike one, ect i would buy a victory red 60 i have ret to regroove it ( i got it last year) and it still takes peices of ball off

if u look at my profile picture the victory red logo is the sweet spot dead centre.

ok, so i just found out from a nike rep that in june nike is going to be bringing out 15 ball packs of the one tour and one tour d 4 of the packs will be the standard black swoosh while the last pack will have a red swoosh (victory red). and to top it off a reduced price $30 to $35. Also nike will be making a new wedge to come at around june also.

Hi,guys you can look at my current setup below i want to know what you think club wise i was going to get a hybrid for my 3 iron and i am thinking of ditching the 3 wood i think its hard to hit. I am going to ditch my 60 degree wedge aswell as i hardly hit it what would you do if it was you. would say a 2 hybrid replace my 3 wood distance wise? but what could i replace my 60 degree with. thanks
