  1. I played last year and had fun. I'm in again.
  2. If you like Odyssey putters, check out Calloway Pre-Owned. http://www.callawaygolfpreowned.com/
  3. Congratulations! I know how you feel. I've set some goals for myself this year too. Breaking 80 is what I'm working towards. Just when I think my putting is getting better something else falls apart. Gotta love this game!!!
  4. Anybody tried one of these? They are kind of expensive, but they do look cool. http://www.tin-cup.com
  5. Ask and ye shall receive. http://www.fair.org/index.php?page=2549
  6. I posted this on another thread yesterday. Hope this helps. I have the Bushnell Neo. It's a little smaller version of the Yardage Pro. I love it. You need to pay the $35 dollars or so to download the courses. You can download 100 courses over the year and then you never have to pay the fee again unless you want to. I have found it to be very accurate and extremely helpful. It not only tell front, middle, and back of greens, but it will also let you get the exact distance of each shot you take. If you don't want something fancy, the price is right and it's a great little gadget. I haven't seen the yardage pro except in pictures, but the Neo is about the size of an Ipod Nano.

  9. I have a set of iron (GX-922 5-PW) and I love them. They are good, quality clubs.
  10. Mine played her first ever round on a very soggy par 3 course yesterday. She seemed to enjoy it, but it makes her extremely nervous if there are others around that might see her!! We have a lot of work to do before she is ready for prime time. LOL
  11. I know what you mean. I flipped 2 starters for guys that were doing better and guess what? You got it - the 2 new guys play worse than the 2 I took out. If it weren't for bad luck I'd have no luck at all.
  12. Some of us can only go up! The eternal optimist strikes again.
  13. I totally agree. Tiger isn't coming back anytime soon, so focus on the others. Maybe this week when the new season begins, they will move on. Hopefully.......
  14. Team name - Hoosiers
  15. I'm kinda new here, but I signed up too. I was already signed up to play, so I just joined your group also. My son and I are trying this for the first time.
  16. I just heard that Tiger has changed his name. He will now be called "Cheetah."

    Mark that ball

The one I use is a Fender Tortoiseshell 351 Standard Pick. It is a medium, but for ball marking I think a thin would be best, except on a windy day! LOL It actually works extremely well. That Gibson guitar sounds like a sweety. I have a Gibson Songwriter acoustic. Love it, just wish I could play better. Funny, I say the same thing about golf!

  20. Say what you want, they didn't have to do anything. It made a customer happy and I bet he buys their brand again. Sounds like good business to me.
