Tonight I've been enjoying my dirt cheap coors light, but also went to a restaurant where my friend works and he was making me stiff drinks for free and I couldn't leave since driving was out of the question at the time. I ask him whats in one of them, he says "ah its not so bad, a shot of vodka, tequila, and rum, and then some grenadine and sweet and sour." I ask jeez why are you making me gay drinks and don't you know I have to drive?

WOW thats ridiculous. On the 18th fairway my partner takes an eternity to hit his ball. I had already hit mine into the water and dropped because I was pissed. A group of four came up behind us. After about 30 minutes he finally hits his 2nd shot. I hit my #4 a MILE, I absolutely RIP the 3 wood. The guys in the carts behind us say "Damn nice ball man." I say thanks and we figure it is on the green. I get up there and its no where to be found. Freakin X-Files ball. My story isnt nearly half as good as yours but I was pissed.

This is so true. But at the same time I think the best compliment in the world is when someone gets you that right gift. You open it and say in your head, "WHOA HOW DID THEY KNOW?" then give them that "I am amazed look" and they just nod and say your welcome. Gotta be the best feeling there is.

Phils have hit way more, yet dont have a DH. Lidge has allowed zero runs in the postseason so far. remember him last year? yeah, hes back... just wait till he proves this in the WS. he is one of the major reasons the phils got the win last year and he is stepping up big this postseason and is gonna make up for the reg season! Angels probably dont have enough to win 2, but I pick them winning the next game. I just hope the phils play like they have this last series, they will embarrass the yankees and all will be well on the east coast The MLB should honestly be embarrassed about the calls this post season. I'm sure they are cooking something up but just cant implement it midway though the postseason. next year I think we are gonna see some sort of challenge process.

1) gotta really come down on the ball and compress it and get a clean shot. 2) same thing except result will probably not work out anyway. 3) your screwed just putt it away and chip. 4) just hit it into a fairway as hard as you can. Dont expect any magic with 6" grass. 5) Thats a ridiculous scenario. Try to pick it as clean as possible (my recomendation with ALL bunker shots, I'm good out of sand but thats about it). 6) Hit it lefty? Or punch or POSSIBLY unplayable lie rule 7) pick it clean. Letting your club hit the muddy ground is like suicide, act like its a bunker. a QUICKSAND BUNKER AHH!!! 8) Unplayable lie, take a drop, i believe the rule is one club length not closer to the hole. I am a novice as well. You gotta understand some spots are not meant to be played from. They are basically a "youre screwed" situation and you need to make the best of it without losing another stroke. your goal should be to put the next shot in the best position possible to score. Good players avoid these situations via good shots. Us newbs are unable to control our shots so well and end up there sometimes. Gotta be creative BUT play the safe shot, youre not tiger and your in a bind, just punch out and regroup! Keep in mind I'm a newb so I've been there plenty of times! edit: usually I play better on the course. My novice buddies always say what the heck but its just different on the course, every shot counts and I try to hit it decent when I can. I dunno. driving range just doesnt matter so I just swing away.

Some times the scratch cards are fun. The actual lottery aka pick numbers and hope they are called is a total wash. Scratch cards especially fun with a significant other but then again I make everything fun.

Oh I bet, newcastle is definitely a good beer that is readily available. I'm also a scotch fan and THE Glenlivet is currently in my arsenal. Im also a HUGE Cabernet/Shiraz/any other red Wine fanatic. Currently though, I am enjoying my current triumph which is $10.99 Coors Light 18 pack BOTTLES. What a crazy deal I had to pick up 2. Even natural light in CANS is more expensive so I'd be dumb not to pick this one up. Only problem is that the mountains are NOT BLUE!!! I think its broken!!! I swear its cold! Youre my boy and all for liking the phillies but I cant get over the LITE arnold palmers. I make my own non light at soda fountains but the artificial sweetener gives me headaches and tastes terrible. If only they made non-light versions of that... 99cent Arizonas are what I practically live off of at work, Green tea, raspberry tea, lemon tea are real winners. No worries. If you raised him right he will know how to steer clear of trouble. I started drinking socially in my freshman year of college. While some people get into/start fights, others just take it easy and stay out of trouble, often only drinking over a game of poker or other random drinking game. I don't remember a single college party that didn't involve some sort of drama whether it be cops/fights/etc. A good kid knows enough to avoid drugs and whatnot, a little alcohol just makes it easier to talk to that hot girl he always wanted to chat with Also honesty is a big moral of mine and I always would tell my parents about it if they asked. They disapproved of course but it was a good time with friends, never got into trouble, and my grades and degree prove that I could handle myself.

I carry a 21* 3hybrid. You could easily get a 20 or 19* hybrid as well. The Nike SQ hybrids are without a doubt the best and easiest to hit hybrids. I have a friend who cant break 150 to save his life and he even smokes my hybrids and constantly asks to borrow them. I got one square and one rounded one and they both rock. The other hyrbid that I hit that was nice was a 19* Cleveland Halo. Too bad I hit my 21* 3 longer with the diamana stiff shaft. Its an unbelievable club if you get one you wont be sorry. I am 100% sure anyone who has ever hit one on a course will agree about the SQ hybrids, please chime in! These 2 clubs alone have changed my game big time.

As a health care provider, this is false. The cause of autism is supposedly genetic, the debate is whether the mutations are inherited or induced by environmental stimuli as well as things such as vaccines. However there is no good evidence to support this and not using vaccines is a great way to put yourself or your child at risk for a life threating illness. Why does autism affect males more than females? Surely if females and males both receive vaccinations they should be at approximately equal risk. It seems highly improbable that vaccines, even if playing a small role, should be blamed any more than the geographic location of the child during development.

I've hit the CCi's and they were amazing. I thought I wasnt good enough to play them but I was an IDIOT for not buying them. God I drool over them every time I see them or hear them mentioned now.

This thread really needs to be remade. The poll choices are terrible and lacking. Hybrids/Long Irons??? I couldnt hit my 3 iron consistently at all, got a 3hybrid and its my best club. Gotta separate the two. I gotta say woods/driver. I thought I had it figured out and was hitting it straight yesterday, but after measuring drives it was about 210-220 average which is what I hit the 3-iron on a certain par5. Today I tried to turn up the distance and the fade/push returned.

I was planning to tee off on course I at 2pm today, told the guys this yesterday. They didn't care but I guess thats to be expected. I get there and Derek Jeter or someone had that crap on lockdown with a tourney. I could hardly find a parking spot. Luckily I was able to tee off on course II but ran into about a million people. I am an absolute speed fiend and my partner would stand over the ball for no less than 5 min each shot, I almost called him out on it but decided not to. I played horrible trying to make quick shots/puts OH WELL. ANYWAY, this one guy at the course I play is TERRIBLE. He has zero personality and whatever you ask him he gives a one word answer. How are the courses looking today? "good" So can I play on course I "sure" ok, right now? "ok" OK DOUCHE BAG THANKS FOR THE ENTHUSIASM. Its ridiculous, if you talked to him you would understand, I am usually super forgiving but I have almost told the pro that they need to fire this guy. Its like you are completely interrupting his life if you ask anything or even initiate a conversation.

I think pretty much everyone on this forum will tell you that mizuno's are terrible clubs. Just kidding, congrats on the good round. Glad you like the feel. I am trying to pick up some MP-32s because my friend has a set that someone gave him and he plays MP-33s. How much did you pay for yours? How much should I offer him for them?

The CCi's are ridiculously nice. I wouldn't hesitate on them its really doubtful that you'll be sorry, especially given your handicap.

51 out - 43 in = 94 just got a new putter and had issues on the front. Missed an easy birdie on #3. Then I got used to having a putter with some good weight on it and I really cleaned up the back. Hit my driver straight FINALLY and only missed 3 fairways but couldnt hit my mid irons to save my life which really hurt me. Chipping and putting was good though, I'm hoping to break into the 80s tomorrow!
