  1. AH THERE WE GO!!!!! i felt insecure after i posted that.....it sounded wrong to me and sure enough, BLAMMO!, it was
  2. driver sounds good, let us know how you hittin it
  3. nice putter man, looks great!!!!
  4. they look pretty good. i'm gonna have a chance to try em this weekend cause we're getting some in at my home course where i work at. the laser etched mini-grooves have me really excited to see how they perform. will definately try to get back to you on my results
  5. haven't had personal experience, so i'm not sure if you'd take my post valid, but, i've played with someone who had a browns bag and it was really sturdy
  6. TP stands for "Tour Preferred" which just has the club built for tour specs. i've used it and, stock, it gives the ball a nice low penetrating ball flight
  7. haven't heard of this product, but i'll be sure to check it out
  8. hogan balls are great for the price. i used to play em and i was pretty satisfied with the performance.
  9. not sure but i've been wondering the same thing!
  10. hah, i think so too. plus the snakes around here have fun mistaking golf balls for rabbit tails and the deer say they add some beauty to the outdoors. i'm just preaching what the animal kingdom tells me...
  11. hey man, i'm 16, what about it!? not every teenager is the same, some actually have respect for this great game...and can play...
  12. not much practice but more preperation. i place two tees about three feet apart and putt to them. get a feel for the speed of the green. then do a ladder drill, putt from 1,2,3 ft to get confidence and if there's room on the practice green, just lag some close from 10ft to make sure i have the speed right, not focusing on holing out from there. then hit a few balls on the range with my 56*, 8i, 4i, driver, then whatever i'm gonna use on the first tee.
  13. hah, yeah sure buddy, keep playing your silly hybrids...
  14. for those who have been ripping on my swing and that a low handicapper can hit any club. i can hit a hybrid good every now and then. it just doesn't sit right with my eyes, with my hands, how it feels. ahh, aggravating. this is just my opinion to myself and venting i guess. but for others, hybrids work and by all means use them! hah, but this was posted more as a, "how do hybrids work for you?" NOT "why can't I hit MY hybrid"
  15. WOW thats some find. honestly as a member of the community i'm disgusted. i mean, wal mart is placed in the ghetto sometimes but, come on, you expect the place to be kind of clean. and coming across what you did, sounds more like a crime scene than a parking lot! would've called MONK!
  16. congrats! cute kid. don't put non of that bs mozart, bach, and beethoven like my parents did! stick the golf channel in her crib!!!
  17. hmm, i like my set, but maybe another scotty would be nice, or hopefully my parents send it to scotty's custom shop to be "pimped". that'd be dope!

    Dang!

sounds good to me!!! but what do i know? i'm 16....however i think it's a toss up man.....a baby is exciting, but so is that club championship......the baby's gonna pop out and i mean, nothing special it just comes but a club championship is rare. like you work harder to prepare for and win a club tournament than to make a baby. hmmm, if it was me, so i wouldn't upset the wife, i'd tell her i'd be there for her and my championship wasn't important, then i'd pray to God she's say it's okay to go play! hah!, women......
  19. i'm 16 but damn i feel for you and parents all over. i was a horrible kid, like, daring. i would even climb on my roof!!! i've busted my lip open, broken some bones and put my parents through alot. im hoping when eventually, God willing, i get married and have a family, my kids aren't as bad as i was. hopefully they're mom was a good kid!
  20. yo i think i got it.....my doctor didn't confirm no H1N1 but whatever it was it put me in the hospital for a week
  21. got me the i15 yo! great club great club. replaced my g10. it's stayin in my club for sure!
  22. if not for christmas, they should be out by next golf season
  23. i used it too, but my muscle memory kicked in quick so i just stand over putts now and it's all automatic. my whole game is, i've never thought of my swing (technicality wise). the only thing i think of is how i may have to work the ball for a shot. but it all becomes automatic eventually. good luck!
  24. stick with ping, you're satisfied with the weight, feel, forgiveness, just stick with them. ping makes great clubs, and i'm not saying it because it's all i use but because it's true. i have titleist and callaway sets sitting at home because i always come back to my pings. but if you wanna try something else, swing nikes victory red's full cavity's, callaway's x22, titleists ap1's, and maybe clevelands launcher irons. although, i still say stick with pings since they already feel good with them and you sound really satisfied.
  25. putting lessons? i use a slight in to out, straight back straight forward, and slight out to in depending on the greens of where i'm playing. that's too much on the mind for some, but majority of the time i use the slight in to out cause courses in south texas are mostly the same. what helped me was momentus putter track. it was a good investment and it helped out my stroke. all you need to worry about after using the putter track is your distance control. as for reading breaks, if it ever becomes a problem, i stand about 10 ft behind my ball, in a bunker or off the green if it's elevated to see the slope of the green, then stand behind the ball and don't pay attention to the hole, i stand directly behind my ball of where i see the break and where i see the ball will move. try to invision a train track going from your ball to the hole. then stand up over the putt and make your stroke and watch it track to the middle of the hole and find the bottom of the cup!
