  2. pressure left/upper right arm connect.... arms straight/extend and pivot
  3. starting the downsing doesn't start with a turning of the hips or core.... you must start with putting more pressure into the lead foot while the hands drop to p6, this will start giving you proper secondary axis tilt... from there you will start turning and extending upto the finish
  4. Nice... love sportsmans when its summer time, greens are fast and course plays pretty difficult... i played Buffalo Grove on Sunday... greens were bumpy as hell.. ended up shooting 4 over
  5. Which one would you wanna meet up at... i try to stay away from diversey cause of the crappy mats... i usually goto skokie or Des Plaines golf center
  6. i would try to focus on what your knees are doing, since they are components in how the hips turn properly in the backswing, downswing in the follow through. Assuming your feet are both flared at address your lead knee will flex toward the toes while the trail knee straightens, it will feel like the trail hip is turning behind you to give room for the arms to travel on the downswing
  7. Hey Clearwater i'll be hitting up the driving range tonight if you want some help with the swing for the weekend.. would be cool to meet some of the members from the forum
  8. Skokie guy here... would definitly be down for a get together... anyone on here wanna start a 4 some that plays on the weekend... with my hospital job im limited to play on the weekends in the morning
  9. i beileve eric is trying to keep the pressures in his hand constant... usually someone who over swing losses some or all pressures in the hand going to the top
  10. i did the same for my swing but for me its keeping the rate of the accumulators releasing and the hips moving forward constant... i tend to move the hips forward to fast and having no chance to release the accumulators
  11. mdb... usually when i hit hosel rockets i don't stand up/extend on the follow threw give that a try
  12. I have small hands i have to have a little tighter grip... when i asked andy about grip pressure with stack and tilt he told me to choke the bird lol
  13. he uses piecies of stack and tilt pattern
  14. got any dtl shots? looks like you need more weight forward... left arms needs to be straight... seeing a lil bend there
  15. never like the way the retail tour burner set up for me... it was slightly closed... i currently game 07 burner tp with flowerband redboard and its beast
  16. lol nice one erik... i hear that all the time at the range... and when i watch them... they just roll #3 so hard the club head is behind them...
  17. the opposite happened to me... was playing sat. here in chicago area and winds were 20-30 was using a 5 irons on a 155 yard approach... tried to keep it from getting above the tree line and hit it within 15 feet while other guys in my group tried to hit it hard sent it above the tree line and the ball was in the grasps of the winds... lol one guy was like i usually hit my 7 iron 160... not when the wind is blowing in your face at 20-25
  18. For me im turning my shoulder down then leaning to the left while keeping my arms straight
  19. found this while doing a search on google... its a damn good post to... don't know if he is a stack and tilter but sounds like it to me https://www.planetruthgolf.com/Forum...c/Default.aspx
  20. depends where i need to place the ball if i need to throw it back and land softly a 60 if i need a bump and run it up 52
  21. lol it will help if its a downwind.... just shoot that baby to outer space and watch her ride
  22. i would list brian gay as a not so long hitter but has won multiple times on tour
  23. Tiger needs to fix his attacment.... that grip of his is so damn weak... if he went back to his old attachment and swung the driver like he does with his irons... he would be golden
  24. tour players have their irons bent to diffrent degrees than retail....... ne who when i broke 80 i had to work on getting up and down... pretty much making up for mistakes.... if you can get up and down most of the time you will be good
  25. i do mine based on where i wanna land my ball.... so lets say 10 feet from landing area out would be perfect, 15 feet out good, 20 feet out ok. 30 and beyond dirt terrible
