Very good point! I think the other tour pros will be thinking "How do we beat this guy" but then they would get on with it as it is there job! No worries! I like to think that it is not the equipment but the player that makes the difference although this is changing with modern golf clubs! Have seen the adverse effect with people buying new clubs and playing worse as they did not get fitted and the lie angles are all wrong mean that hit it all over the place! Go with a range of clubs in mind. As if you are set on one set of clubs you will not see that another set maybe better for you! Also do not buy on price. By this I mean that do not buy the most expensive set as they are not always the best for you and also do not buy a set as they are cheap. The amount of clubs that are now sitting in my garage that I bought because they were cheap and are not suitable to my swing!

I can keep a ball up for ages until either the phone rings or someone distracts me! Its more about the tricks that you can do! I can flick it between my legs, flick in onto my neck! THats what impresses people!

It the one shot you will hit a round that is as good as Tiger Woods, may it be smoking a drive or hitting an approach close or sinking a difficult putt. It is the feeling from these shots that keep a golfer playing. Although the social aspect is a close second as I have met many great and different people through the wonderful game of golf.

I have a r7 425. I do not tend to notice the difference in the ball flights only when i set it neutral:high or neutral:low. Although i am pretty confident at changing the ball flight and can easily hit a draw or fade on demand.

You may be missing lots of putts because your eyes are no longer over the top of the ball. Set up to the ball and then drop a ball from your eyes and see if it hits the ball on the floor. If your eyes are not over the ball your alignment will be completely wrong.

I wear a glove for all long shots. The idea of wearing a glove is to stop your left hand from gripping the club to tightly. It has nothing to do with extra grip!!

I swapped a White Hot no.5 for a 2 ball center shafted XG (its not the STR but they are similar) and i love it. It has a slightly firmer insert than the white hot. I have so much confindence with the putter that i can do not need to line the ball up to the hole as i used to. I just put the putter behind the ball and make a stroke. The other bonus is that you get an odyssey poker chip inside the headcover!!

Better is Adam Scott but Sergio has got that exciting edge about him and is more fun to watch. He could do something amazing at an time. If sergio worked at his putting a bit more then he would be as good or even better than Adam Scott!!
