  2. Awesome stuff! Thanks for sharing and the 2 wedges for $90 at Sports Authority sounds like a pretty good deal
  3. Makes sense to me. I've never done it but will probably have it done when I pick up a new putter... hopefully soon!
  4. I love hockey and agree 100%... from 150 yards out, he certainly saw you.
  5. Great thread! Favorite Club: My 8-iron. Never seems to let me down and I feel good with it in my hands. Dream Club: Scotty Cameron Putter... It's expensive but I would love to have one of these some day. Worst Club: 3-wood. She and I haven't slept in the same room in years.
  6. I bought two dozen Taylormade golf balls and 4 Srixon gloves. The gloves were on sale for less than $3 each and in my personal opinion, are the best gloves available. This season I used Callaway, Nike, Slazenger, and Srixon... Srixon was by far the most durable and had a great grip.
  7. This is spot on. Well said Bryan.... except for those of use using something less than a Scotty Cameron... hahaha
  8. Your passion is awesome and good luck finding a course. I hope you can get to one close by that's open year round.
  9. Right now I'm in sales which allows me some time to golf. I also take clients out on the course occasionally... The only thing better than golf is free golf!
  10. I use a Ping Ti3 I won a few years back and it has the oversized Winn Grip. I also have a Hockey Stick Putter (Montreal Canadiens) which I use at scrambles. haha. One day I hope to have a Scotty Cameron, but that requires $$$$
  11. It wasn't a great score but my last round of the year was at Pine Valley Golf Club in New Jersey. Can't think of a better way to end a great golf year!
  12. I have been on a few trips and if you're coming from NY you may want to consider the following: - Myrtle Beach - Ocean City, MD/Delaware Shore - Atlantic City, NJ They are reasonably close, reasonably priced and have some excellent golf courses. I have been to all three for golf trips and everyone in the group had a great time. The one caution I would make about April/May is the weather. It can be very rainy that time of year. Enjoy the trip!
  13. The best courses I've played: Pine Valley Golf Club (NJ) Aronimink Country Club (PA) Port Royal Golf Club (Bermuda)
